CREDIT
CARD PAYMENT:
All
online credit card payments are handled by PayPal in the UK. We
never see your card details, and you are fully protected by PayPal
for
the
transaction. Note that you DO NOT need a PayPal account to use this
service - you can enter your creidt card details as you would for
any other such transaction. We can take credit card orders by phone
if you prefer.
CHEQUE PAYMENT:
Download the order form and send it, with your delivery details
and a STERLING CHEQUE to the address given (see below).
OTHER
ONLINE RETAILERS:
The best online retailer is Waterstones. A link is provided to their
site.
You
can order the book through Amazon though we DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS
OPTION. Amazon can be extremely lax in holding
stock and
may
quote
delivery
times
of up to six
weeks. It does not take that long for us to get the books to them,
but since they are quoting such long delivery times, they are best
avoided.
Amazon also often impose what they term a 'Sourcing Fee' of around
£1.99. We advise you do NOT pay this - it is a totally unneccesary
and unfair surcharge, and the books are available quickly and easily
through other sources without this.
This
fee can be avoided by clicking on the link on the right of the Amazon
Page marked 'MORE BUYING CHOICES'. This will take you to a page
where you will find a link to buy the book direct from us, but
still have the transaction handled by Amazon. Unfortunately, you
will have to pay a hefty £2.75 postage charge - a charge over which
we have no control.
POSTAGE
CHARGES:
Postage
is calculated at Checkout, and varies depending on how many books
you order. It starts at just £2 for a single book, and rises to
a maximum of £5, regardless of how big your order gets!
We have no control over the charges made by other internet
resellers.
SIGNED
COPIES:
Use
the button at the bottom of the orders page to obtain signed copies
at no extra charge direct from us.
TRADE
ORDERS:
Resellers
can order the book via any of the usual wholesale routes. We also offer
very favourable terms to bona fide booksellers (usually better than
you will get from the wholesalers). Please contact us for details.
