Help with ordering

Note that you DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to use this online ordering system.

Ordering on the Eyelevel Books website is fast, easy and totally secure. We never see any of you financial details, whether you pay be credit card or using a PayPal account. All we ever get is a notification that your payment has been made.

Simply follow the instructions below to place your order:

 

On the ordering page, you will see a button marked "BUY NOW"

FIRST, you need to use the drop-down menu above this button to select which type of purchase you are making. This will be EITHER for 1-9 copies, OR for 10 or more. This determines the price you will pay.

NOTE that in the pictures used here there is also an option for delivery to non-UK addresses. This no longer exists, so just ignore it... all you have to do is know how many copies you want!.

So, let's assume you are buying three copies.

Simply select the "1-9 copies' option:

NEXT click on the 'BUY NOW" button (you might have to click away from the drop-down menu in order to see it again!!)

You will be taken to the following screen:

NEXT, in the box marked "1", enter the number of copies you require. If you have selected the "10 or more" option, please do type in a number greater than 10!

Click on 'UPDATE TOTALS" (marked "2" in the picture), and this will show you the total, including postage that you will be paying.

You now have two payment options. If you do NOT have a PAYPAL account, click on "CONTINUE" (marked "3' in the picture). This will take you to a screen where you can enter your credit card or debit card details. Remember, we never see these details, so the transaction is completely secure.

If you DO have a PAYPAL account, put your password in the box marked "4" above.

You will now confirm the order, and that's it.

We receive confirmation of you order and payment, and we aim to send your books out within two working days.
