Stay
Calm and Reach the Top
Jusuf Hariman. A4 72 pages Reprinted 2001

This book is based on the principles of Peak Performance Technology,
a form of meditation which makes you feel more awake than ever, unworried
and able to take on the challenges of business. You can begin to achieve
in a way not thought possible. As the title suggests - you can reach
the top but remain in touch. Take your place in the world - be a winner
without making others feel losers!
Unlike many methods of meditation, Peak Performance Technology (PPT)
does not make you drowsy. On the contrary you will feel more awake than
ever but in a restful and unworried state...
This state typically generates a feeling of quiet, relaxing, pleasant
sensations...
PPT is a psychic and physical therapy, not a spiritual practice...
PPT is an integration of NLP, meditation, hypnosis, Chi Kung and relaxation.
It is a recipe for success and happiness and this is the first book which
shows how it can be conducive to leadership success.
About the Author
Dr Jusuf Hariman has worked as a clinical psychologist, associate
editor and consultant to leading journals in the fields of psychology
and hypnotherapy and
was founder of the International Academy of Eclectic Psychologists. He is a
registered psychologist, corporate accountant and management consultant
as well as being
the author of many scholarly articles and a number of books both scholarly
and popular. In 1991 he completed the first three years of law in
one year and gained
a law prize as best student. In 1993 he was nominated for the 1993 Brain Trust
Brain Award (won in 1992 by Prof Stephen Hawking).
These achievements did not come easily. He was unable to learn to read at school
(later this was identified as dyslexia) and has been suffering from cancer,
degenerating bones, a severe form of hypogonadism the effect of which is similar
to extreme
diabetes and needs weekly medical treatment.
Having overcome other problems such as a severe stammer, he feels that he is "winning
against the odds" and it is this attitude which has led to this book.
